Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a skilled Administrators, where you will provide essential support to our team. This position requires a self-starter who is also a problem solver, capable of handling a range of administrative tasks in a professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to all-level staff.
  • Manage international travel arrangements and itinerary planning for executives.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems for ease of access and retrieval.
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for executive meetings.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute written communication both internally and externally.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with providing admin all-level support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of initiative.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a corporate office setting.
  • Familiarity with diverse cultures and international time zones.
