About the Role
A reputable Law firm is seeking a Front Desk Officer who acts as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
This role requires a professional, courteous, and efficient individual to manage the reception area,
handle client inquiries, and provide administrative support to the firm. The ideal candidate will possess
excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees
•Takes customer complaints or issues and pass them on to the appropriate parties
•Creates and distributes company memos through email, letters, or telephone calls
•Schedules and maintains the calendar of company executives
•Coordinates the booking and setting up of meeting rooms
•Organizes and files company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system
•Provides support for teams when necessary
Required Qualifications/Skills:
• Possessing a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a legal or professional
services environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize
tasks effectively, and manage teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• A friendly and approachable personality.
