About the Role: Business Analyst

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and business-savvy Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to turn complex data into valuable insights that inform business strategy and improve operational performance. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver actionable intelligence and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to generate insights that impact business outcomes.

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Looker or Tableau.

  • Conduct both regular and ad-hoc reporting to surface trends, performance drivers, and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their goals and provide tailored analytics support.

  • Use data to drive operational improvements and process efficiencies.

  • Stay informed on the latest trends and tools in data analytics and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in data or business analytics, ideally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.

  • Solid business acumen and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of insurance industry metrics and operational processes.
