 Young Graduate Program Overview

This program offers recent university graduates the chance to explore professional life through a practical, hands-on work experience. Participants also gain international exposure early in their careers.

Program Structure
The program runs for 18 months and includes two phases:

  • Phase 1: 6 months of training and work experience in Nigeria

  • Phase 2: 12-month international assignment in another Total Energies affiliate in Africa or at the headquarters in Paris, depending on performance and availability

Responsibilities
Young Graduates are actively involved in daily operations, contribute to strategic projects, and build valuable skills in a dynamic and collaborative workplace.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a Nigerian citizen

  • Must have resided in Nigeria for at least 6 months

  • Must be under 26 years old

  • Must have less than one year of professional work experience

  • Completion of NYSC is mandatory
