Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. This role focuses on answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing project updates, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to communicate clearly with homeowners, subcontractors, and company staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and inquiries related to services, project timelines, and job status.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services, project processes, and scheduling availability.
  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling and follow-up reminders.
  • Support project managers by communicating updates, documenting client concerns, and relaying messages.
  • Maintain detailed records of communication, service requests, and customer interactions.
  • Help resolve client issues by coordinating with the appropriate internal team members.
  • Track leads, update CRM systems, and ensure proper follow-through with prospective clients.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, construction office work, or related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly.

  • Proficiency with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems).
