Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about transforming complex ideas into clean, functional, and visually compelling interfaces.

  • 3 months with the possibility to extend

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Strategy

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs and behaviors.

  • Analyze user data to create personas, user journeys, and task flows.

  • Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements, design strategy, and success metrics.

UX Design & Architecture

  • Create wireframes, site maps, process flows, and prototypes that communicate design concepts clearly.

  • Develop intuitive information architectures that enhance usability and accessibility.

  • Plan and conduct A/B tests and usability studies to optimize user experience.

UI Design & Visual Development

  • Design modern, consistent, and visually engaging UI layouts for web and mobile applications.

  • Create style guides, design systems, and reusable UI components.

  • Ensure designs follow brand standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

  • Communicate design rationale, deliverables, and usability insights across teams.

  • Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and product requirements.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive layouts, and mobile-first design.

  • Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in agile product development environments.

  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and global design standards.

  • Background in motion design, illustration, or branding is a plus.

  • Experience with user analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
