Face By You UI/UX Designer – Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about transforming complex ideas into clean, functional, and visually compelling interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
User Research & Strategy
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs and behaviors.
Analyze user data to create personas, user journeys, and task flows.
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements, design strategy, and success metrics.
UX Design & Architecture
Create wireframes, site maps, process flows, and prototypes that communicate design concepts clearly.
Develop intuitive information architectures that enhance usability and accessibility.
Plan and conduct A/B tests and usability studies to optimize user experience.
UI Design & Visual Development
Design modern, consistent, and visually engaging UI layouts for web and mobile applications.
Create style guides, design systems, and reusable UI components.
Ensure designs follow brand standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Communicate design rationale, deliverables, and usability insights across teams.
Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and product requirements.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive layouts, and mobile-first design.
Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in agile product development environments.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and global design standards.
Background in motion design, illustration, or branding is a plus.
Experience with user analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
