Your Role

  • Here’s what you will be doing:
  • Participate in the 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme Academy across one of eight pathways: Actuarial, Enterprise, Finance, Financial Advisers (Trust Advisers), Insurance, Investment, Sales, or Technology.
  • Engage in practical work experience within companies in the Coronation Ecosystem.
  • Access tailored trainings and mentorship throughout the programme.

About You

  • The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) degree classification.
  • At least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
  • Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • Applicants must not be older than 27 years of age at the time of application.
  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are considered an added advantage.
