Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies tailored to a digital-first workforce.

Employee Relations: Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and promote a diverse, inclusive culture.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • You have at least zero to two years of work experience
  • Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or Business Administration or related field 
  • Experience: 0-2 years in HR, with increasing focus on HRIS (HR Information Systems) proficiency, payroll management, knowledge of Nigerian Labour law.
  • Skills: High emotional intelligence, expertise in technology implementation, and strategic workforce design.

Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is an advantage 

Salary Range:

NGN300,000 - NGN400,000 monthly
