Job Requirements & Qualifications
- You have at least zero to two years of work experience
- Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or Business Administration or related field
- Experience: 0-2 years in HR, with increasing focus on HRIS (HR Information Systems) proficiency, payroll management, knowledge of Nigerian Labour law.
- Skills: High emotional intelligence, expertise in technology implementation, and strategic workforce design.
Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is an advantage
Salary Range:
NGN300,000 - NGN400,000 monthly
