This is a general customer service role (NO sales required) focused on providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
  • Follow scripts and accurately document calls
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver reliable, high-quality customer support

  •  Strong customer service experience (inbound preferred)
  • Clear verbal communication with a professional tone
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes
  •  Reliable and team-focused

Compensation:

Unlimited commission

Monthly bonus
