We’re building a bold, innovative brand at the intersection of beauty and AI — and we’re looking for a creative, strategic Social Media Manager to grow and lead our digital presence.

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This person will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, growth strategy, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate understands beauty culture, short-form video trends, and how to build a brand from the ground up.

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals
• Create engaging content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Identify and leverage trending sounds, formats, and topics (especially on TikTok)
• Translate product features into engaging, scroll-stopping content

Content Creation

• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Design basic graphics for posts, stories, and announcements
• Create educational, promotional, and brand storytelling content
• Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting schedules for growth

Community Growth & Engagement

• Respond to comments and messages
• Engage with beauty communities and potential users
• Support waitlist growth and app launch campaigns
• Monitor brand sentiment and audience feedback

Performance Tracking

• Track and report key metrics (engagement rate, growth rate, conversions)
• Identify top-performing content and optimize strategy
• Conduct competitor and trend research

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts
• Strong understanding of short-form video content and platform algorithms
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar tools)
• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong copywriting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
 

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required but Preferred)

• Experience running paid social ads (TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads)
• Experience growing an account from 0 to 10K+ followers
• Background in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with analytics tools and KPI tracking
• Influencer outreach experience
• Experience working with AI and creating AI content

Compensation

₦150,000–₦250,000 per month, with structured performance-based bonuses tied to growth and engagement targets.
