We are looking for a creative and sales-driven Social Media Manager / Online Sales Representative with at least 1 year of experience to manage our social media pages, engage with customers, and convert online inquiries into sales.

This is a remote role with a salary of ₦100,000/month.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Creating and scheduling engaging content (graphics, captions, and short-form videos).

✅ Managing engagement across platforms (comments, DMs, and audience interactions).

✅ Responding to customer inquiries and converting leads into sales through social media and messaging platforms.

✅ Following up with potential customers and maintaining good customer relationships.

✅ Posting and promoting products/services across social media platforms.

✅ Monitoring analytics and reporting performance.

✅ Researching trends and strategies to improve content reach and engagement.

✅ Collaborating with the team to develop campaigns that drive traffic and sales.

What You Need to Have:

🔹 At least 1 year experience in Social Media Management or Online Sales.

🔹 Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

🔹 Ability to create engaging content and persuasive captions.

🔹 Strong sales and customer communication skills.

🔹 Experience with Canva or other basic design tools.

🔹 Basic knowledge of scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.).

🔹 Ability to respond quickly to customer inquiries and close sales online.

🔹 Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
