Customer Support Representative

​📍 Location: Remote (Lagos, Nigeria)

💰 Salary: ₦400,000 Monthly

👩 Female Candidates Preferred

⏰ Immediate Resumption Required

​ Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Make outbound calls on behalf of various clients
  • Follow client-specific call scripts and procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries
  • Accurately document customer interactions
  • Meet quality, attendance, and performance targets

​🔹 Requirements:

✔ Excellent verbal communication skills

✔ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

✔ Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications simultaneously

✔ Ability to multitask while speaking with customers

✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

​🔹 Work Schedule (Nigeria Time):

🗓 Monday: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

🗓 Tuesday: Off

🗓 Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

🗓 Thursday: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

· This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

· Candidates must be comfortable working the stated schedule, including evening hours in Nigeria.
