YOU ARE:

  • An experienced problem-solver.
  • Confident, well-organized and prepared with a calm disposition.
  • Proactive and resourceful. You’re always one step ahead.
  • Responsive by nature and clear and concise in your communication.
  • Professional and courteous in your demeanor.

YOU HAVE:

  • Ideally, at least 3-years’ experience in an executive assistant role.
  • A talent for reducing noise and efficiently providing key information to executives.
  • A high-level of motivation and initiative, always thinking of ways to make things better.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:

  • Draft and manage email correspondence, flagging critical items for follow-up.
  • Maintain and protect the Managing Partner’s calendar.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, event registrations and reservations seamlessly.
  • Email and telephone clients and third parties on behalf of firm.
  • Handle miscellaneous projects with a proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Support the Executive Assistant and report to the Chief of Staff.

Salary – $5 to 7 USD per hour (Based on experience)

Please note that this is a remote position open to international applicants. Compensation is listed in USD and may be subject to local currency conversion.
