FullTech Staffing Co. is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly, and accurate support across phone, email, chat, and social channels. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and improving overall customer experience.

Eligibility / Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma / GED (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
- At least 1+ year experience in customer service (remote experience is a plus)
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools daily
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Provide information on products, services, pricing, and policies
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records using CRM/helpdesk tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.)
- Meet service KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and CSAT
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Suggest improvements to FAQs, scripts, and documentation
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tickets
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with CRM/ticketing tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, logistics, or retail
- Experience contributing to training or knowledge base documentation
