Salary: N200,000 naira 

Responsibilities:

-Answer customer calls and respond to emails in a timely manner

-Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues

-Accurately record customer information and updates in the system

-Coordinate with team members to resolve customer concerns efficiently

Requirements

•Excellent communication skills

•Basic IT Skills such as navigating operating systems, file management, and using software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Must have a positive attitude
